SHIPPING POLICY
What you need to know
We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed before [TIME TIP] on working days on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so. Sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
The small print
Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
